Zahi Mason makes his first appearance in chapter 1, "3007." He is the son and brother of the Mason family.
Zahi was originally born and raised at the International Space Station. When living conditions began to deteriorate there, Zahi and his family ventured to Planet X — Planet Nibiru — as a potential new planetary home.
After the war with the Nibirian people ended in defeat for humanity, the Mason family managed to escape enslavement and eventually settle on Earth. Zahi's journey mirrors that of his family — defined by displacement, survival, and ultimately finding solid ground.
