About This Role
DBEesports is looking for a Producer to lead the development and execution of DBEesports content, events, and programming across DBE+ channels. You will manage production from concept through delivery — building DBEesports into a premier multicultural esports media brand.
- Develop and produce DBEesports content for Twitch, YouTube, and DBE+ channels
- Plan and execute esports events, tournaments, and live productions
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and teams
- Coordinate with talent, commentators, and technical crews
- Work with the DBE+ team to develop programming strategies
- Build relationships within the esports and gaming community
Qualifications
- Proven production experience in esports, gaming, or live entertainment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of the esports landscape and gaming culture
- Experience managing live or remote productions
Nice to Have- Experience producing content for Twitch, YouTube, or streaming platforms
- Background in multicultural or diverse gaming communities
